I bought Remove Ads and I am still seeing ads.
Open in-game Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so this also brings them back on a new device or after reinstalling. If it still does not take, email us — do not buy it a second time.
I want a refund.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account that made the purchase.
I deleted the app and lost my discoveries.
Progress is stored on the device, so deleting the app removes it. Purchases survive and can be restored; discoveries cannot. We are sorry — this is worth knowing before a reinstall.
The leaderboard button says it needs Game Center.
Blitz scores live in Apple's Game Center, which needs to be signed in. On the device, open Settings → Game Center and sign in with an Apple Account. If the player is a child, this is something a grown-up will need to do.
Can I start the Journey again?
Yes — in-game Settings has an option to start the Journey over. Your Compendium keeps everything you have ever found.
How do I change my age answer, or the tracking permission?
The age answer is in in-game Settings → Ads & Privacy. The iOS tracking permission is in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Both can be changed at any time, and the game plays identically either way.
Why does my child see ads?
Ads are non-personalised by default, and for a player who indicates they are under 16 no advertising identifier is requested at all. To remove advertising entirely, the Remove Ads purchase stops it permanently. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Where do hints come from?
You start with a few, and the wallet refills daily up to a floor. A hint points at what the current level is asking you to build. You can also watch an optional ad for more, and Premium removes the limit.
